First-printing schedule

The 25 first-printing copies of The Ledger of the Damned will ship from California after Dragon Con. You will receive a dispatch email. Standard US delivery is estimated at 3–8 business days after dispatch; carrier delays can occur.

Where we ship

Paper products currently ship only to United States addresses. Digital products are delivered by secure download link.

Dragon Con handoff

The Dragon Con Book + PDF option has no shipping charge and must be purchased while you are with Mikhail for immediate handoff. Show the paid confirmation and matching handoff code to receive the book. Uncollected in-person orders are not converted to shipping orders; contact us for a refund if you cannot collect your copy.

Damage or incorrect orders

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order email and a description or photo of the problem. We will replace a damaged or incorrect item when stock permits, or refund it when replacement is not practical.

Other returns

Contact us within 30 days before sending anything back. Returned paper products must be unused and in resalable condition; original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order was damaged or incorrect. Because digital delivery begins immediately, digital purchases are generally final, but we will resolve duplicate charges and inaccessible or defective files.
