Privacy

Brass Quill Press collects only the information needed to take payment, deliver purchases, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

Information we receive

Stripe collects payment information and provides us with your name, email address, order details, and—when you buy a paper product—shipping address and phone number. We do not receive or store your full card number.

How information is used

We use order information to deliver downloads, ship paper products, handle refunds or support, maintain accounting records, and protect the store from misuse. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Stripe processes checkout and payment; Google Cloud hosts the store, order records, and protected files; Brevo sends transactional email. Each provider processes information under its own privacy terms.

Retention and requests

We retain transaction records as required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and customer support. To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, email orders@brassquillpress.com. Some financial records cannot be deleted immediately because the law requires us to retain them.
